This interesting product could be of some usage.

ATV Air has come out with a tire pump that harnesses the exhaust of your ATV to pump up the tire. This unit attaches to your exhaust via a heat resistant grommet, tyhen has either a 8 foot or 12 foot hose with a tire air fill valve on it. The unit then provides up to 30psi of pressure using the exhaust of your running ATV to inflate the tire. Prices start off at $19.95

As temperatures plummet and water freezes, the Department of Natural Resources is warning anglers and anyone spending time outdoors to use caution when walking on or near ice.
National Weather Service meteorologist Wayne Hoepner said that typically, 4 inches thick is safe for walking on ice, while 5 to 6 inches is thick enough to support the weight of a snowmobile or ATV.

It is illegal to operate an ORV on public lands in the Lower Peninsula that are not posted open. ORVs are prohibited on state game areas or state parks and recreation areas unless posted open. ALL USFS trails/roads remain closed unless posted open. Cities and municipalities within open counties/townships are closed unless they adopt a separate ordinance.
